The Client Billing Representative supports attorneys and staff with all aspects of client billing, including invoice preparation, billing inquiries, and issue resolution. This role ensures invoices are accurate, compliant with client requirements, and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review, edit, and prepare prebills and client invoices.
· Verify billing production and generate billing reports.
· Provide billing system support and user training.
· Assist with third-party billing platforms and electronic billing requirements.
· Provide coverage for billing and finance team functions as needed.
Qualifications:
· Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
· 3+ years of accounting, billing, or finance experience preferred.
· Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
· Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
